Board of Directors

Isaya Oleporuo – Maasai Warrior Chief from Eluai, Tanzania. Isaya, with his brother, began

rescuing girls from childhood marriage approximately eight (8) years ago. He is the Founder

and President of Osotuwa Foundation and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Isaya earned his

bachelor’s degree in International Affairs at Ohio State University and now lives in Columbus,

Ohio working full time in fundraising, leadership and oversight of program operations for

Osotuwa Foundation.

Patricia Allenby - retired physician in Columbus, Ohio. Tricia has been doing volunteer work in

Tanzania since 2014. She and her husband met Isaya in August of 2019 and have been working

with him ever since. Tricia travels back to Eluai twice a year to encourage the girls individually

and in group presentations. She helped to establish Osotuwa Foundation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

organization, and now serves as the Treasurer, communicating with sponsors and

supporting Osotuwa Foundation in all facets as needed.

Ann Bischoff - CEO of Star House, an organization that partners with teens and young adults as

they exit homelessness by offering 24/7 access to safety and essential resources, as well as

housing. Ann has served as founder, leader and consultant for multiple initiatives regarding

vulnerable youth. Ann is involved in advising Osotuwa Foundation as it grows, sharing her

expertise in nonprofit management and growth.

Scott Grotelueschen - Co-Founder and a Wealth Management Advisor of Legacy

Wealth Strategies, a Lifetime Financial Growth Company (LFG). As a Wealth Management

Advisor for over three decades, Scott specializes in delivering a holistic and comprehensive

wealth management process for individuals, families and businesses. Scott feels blessed to be

serving the Osotuwa foundation.

Steven Prue – corporate Human Resources leader living in Columbus, OH. Steve met Isaya in

early 2023 and quickly got engaged with the mission. After visiting Tanzania in December 2023

and experiencing the joy of in-person contact with the Maasai, Steve accepted an invitation to

join the Board of Osotuwa Foundation. With an educational background in both economics

and the law, Steve will use his skills to continue supporting the work of ending forced

childhood marriage among the Maasai people.

Nguvu Lukumay – Isaya’s brother and the Program Director in Arusha, Tanzania.  Nguvu administers the funds in support of the more than 300 girls who have been rescued from childhood marriage and have gone to school.
